What Makes Us Different
Our approach is designed to provide a level of structure, precision, and continuity that is often difficult to achieve in routine care. Beyond symptom management, we help people feel understood, supported, and able to build a meaningful life.
We Only Treat Psychosis
This allows us to bring a level of depth, experience, and clinical precision that is difficult to achieve in general practice.
Care Including Families
We involve families and supports, providing guidance, education, and collaboration to strengthen recovery.
Measurement Based Care
Systematic measures of symptoms, side effects, and functioning allow to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions .
Accessibility
Access treatment from anywhere in New York State without sacrificing depth, quality, or continuity.

How We Help

How We Work
Our approach combines measurement-based care, clinical expertise, and coordinated support to guide treatment decisions and improve outcomes.
Measurement Based Care
We track symptoms and outcomes over time. Treatment decisions are guided by objective data rather than impression alone.
Structured and Precise Diagnosis
We use high-quality, research-based tools to clarify diagnosis, providing a more accurate foundation for treatment.
Evidence-Based Decisions
Shared decision making is grounded on the best available scientific evidence, focusing on effectiveness and tolerability.
Telehealth with Remote Patient Monitoring
We use telehealth and remote monitoring of vital signs, not having to worry about transportation to the office.
Recovery-Oriented Care
Treatment is dictated by the patient's recovery goals. We provide wrap-around care including psychoeducation, therapy.
Peer Support
We have a dedicated peer specialist who can help from the perspective of lived experience with issues that go beyond medication management.
Our approach draws from early-intervention models of care, adapted to support patients across the full course of illness.
